The Michigan Area Braves provide a national and international level of competition for players who want to play baseball at a high level while having the opportunity to also hold a job and continue to improve their education.
The Braves are consider a top tier summer program based on our history of winning, our player development proficiency, our high end facilities and our scheduling dynamics. We don’t just say it, our organization is fully committed to Building Champions.
Under general manger Jim Kosmerick’s leadership over the last six seasons, the Braves have risen to prominence quickly. During the last five years, the Braves have made their way to the NABF regional semi-finals four times, the NABF regional championship three times and claimed the Braves first and the regions first men’s NABF national regional championship in 2014 before finishing as a quarterfinalist in the 2014 NABF World Series. No other summer team (of the same caliber) in the Great Lakes Bay Area can match the Braves run of five league titles in six seasons, while posting a record of 177- 81 (.686 winning %) in that time frame.
