Refund Policy

If a team has to withdraw from the tournament outside of 3 weeks prior to the start of play, a full refund will be given. If a team has to withdraw, within 2 weeks prior to the start of the play, a refund will be given minus a $150 administration fee. If weather (or an outside force) causes zero games to be started/played, a full refund will be given. If 1 game is started/played and then the tournament is canceled, a 50 % refund will be given. If 2 or more games are started/played, no refund will be given.
